We are based in Oxfordshire, UK and stock top brand products at reasonable prices, we endeavour to beat any genuine competitor price hence the tag line “unbeatable value”.
ORDERS WITH ARMCOSHOP
Armcoshop.com accepts SagePay, PayPal and Google checkout when you order online. We employ Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) data encryption technology to ensure your personal information and identity is protected.
When required we can setup a 30 day payment term credit account subject to checks. To setup a credit account please email you purchase order to email@example.com and notify us of you intension.
Faulty Item on Arrival
If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 7 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete The item(s) must be in their original unused and unopened with all accessories and documentation and resalable condition for a full refund or supply of different goods, If they are not then we are sorry but we are unable to accept them.
Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full. We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.
Items Faulty in Warranty Period
If any of your purchases develop a fault, and it's more than 7 calendar days since receipt, then provided your item is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair. In some cases, manufacturers provide a specialist full on-site service and/or telephone help facilities for your convenience which we recommend you use in order to correct the fault quickly. For warranty repairs after 7 days of receipt referred directly to the manufacturer (unless otherwise stated).
If you change your mind
If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us, you must notify us within 7 days from receiving your order that you wish to return it.
In some circumstances a handling charge will be deducted at an appropriate rate.

To ensure your return is dealt with fast and accurately we ask that you;

Obtain a proof of postage in case you need to claim compensation from carrier.
Include a note stating you name as it appears in you account and explaining why you are returning the item(s) and whether you want a refund or replacement. Please check if we have stock before requesting for a replacement.

Subject to any additional bulky carriage charges. we will contact you should any additional carriage charge apply, at which point you will have the opportunity to cancel the order if you wish so.
Our Dispatched schedule are simple:
- Free UK Main Land Delivery: most products ordered before 2.00pm (Mon-Thur) are dispatched the same day,orders processed on Friday are dispatched on Monday upon successful payment confirmation unless otherwise specify. You should be able to receive your order within 2 business days (excluding Saturday , Sunday and Bank holiday) after shipment date. Delivery to more remote areas may take an extra day or two.
- UK Main Land Next Day Delivery: Products order before 2.00pm are guaranteed for next business day delivery. (excluding Saturday , Sunday and Bank holiday).
ArmcoShop.com is makes every effort to deliver your order within the time stated. However, due to certain unforeseen circumstances, slight delay in deliveries might occur, Armcoshop.com will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late or delayed delivery.
Upon placing you order Armcoshop will email you the progress of your order for more information and tracking logon to you account at http://www.armcoshop.com/customer/account/login/ alternatively you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org .
After successfully placing AN order you can cancel the order before it is processed without additional cost, on average it takes us 5 hours for an item to be dispatch from placing an order this depends on the time of the day and day of the week.
If you do choose to cancel call us as soon as possible.
We are constantly updating our prices to bring you the most competitive prices. If we identify an error in our catalogue after your order is placed, a representative will contact you prior to processing your order to obtain approval of the correction. Armcoshop reserves the right to accept or reject any order.
